Cook The Steak

  1. Clean your steak by soaking it in a bowl of water, 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice and about 1 tsp salt. Let soak for 15 minutes.
  2. While the meat is soaking, heat your pan on the stove on medium-high heat.
  3. Melt your butter in a glass dish (for dipping the steak).
  4. Once clean, place the steak in the glass dish, swish around for about a minute to allow the butter to soak into the meat.
  5. Place on the heated pan.
  6. Cook the steak for about 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Then take the steak and place the opposing side in the melted butter in the glass dish, and swish around again for about 1 minute.
  8. Place back in the pan and cook this side.
  9. Continue to flip the steak every few minutes until cooked through to your liking.

Be careful not to overcook your meat. And do not be afraid to lather your meat in the Butter to make it juicy and full of flavor you won’t want to put your fork down!
