Preparing the Rolls

  1. Defrost the rolls.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cook in a skillet with butter until browned.
  3. Cook bacon and cut into small pieces.
  4. Make creamy garlic sauce.
  5. Combine defrosted rolls into one ball of dough. Roll out into a large rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter over the dough.
  7. Spread garlic sauce over dough until covered.
  8. Toss spinach, mushrooms, chicken, and bacon evenly over dough. Cover with mozzarella.
  9. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  10. Cut into 14 pieces.
  11. Place on a cookie sheet evenly, flat side facing down, with about an inch between each roll.
  12. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.

Serve with your favorite sauce. If you don’t like garlic sauce, serve with Pesto or a Red Sauce. Tastes great by itself, but can always dip in extra sauce.
