    Lemon juice and Sea Salt for soaking

Preparing the Dish

  1. Place meat, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl and cover with water. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat pan on medium-high heat.
  3. Pat steak dry after soaking.
  4. Place steak on pre-heated pan, allow meat to brown, but not cooked all the way through.
  5. Flip meat, and allow to brown, but not cook all the way through.
  6. While the meat is cooking, baste the sides and top of the meat with butter. Repeat on the other side when flipped.
  7. Flip the meat again, to allow meat to seer. Repeat on the other side.
  8. Turn heat down to medium-low, cover the pan with a lid, and allow meat to cook through to the middle, for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat once meat is desired doneness, medium-well to well-done.
  10. Serve with your favorite veggie and starch.
  11. Enjoy!

Serve with your favorite side dish….rice, potatoes, salad, Brussel sprouts, just to name a few.
