    Shredded Parmesan

Prep and Cook the Potatoes

1
  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into strips, as thin or thick as you want. Just remember that if they are thicker, they will take longer to cook.
  3. Place in bowl and toss with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt, parsley, and parmesan over the potatoes and mix together.
  5. Spread potatoes out on a cookie sheet, and place in the oven.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, then turn oven to 400*, and cook for another 20-40 minutes.
  7. Cook until golden brown. Serve with favorite dipping sauce or plain, you will want to eat by the handful they’re so good!

Cooking time will vary according to how crispy you like your French fries. Cook for 40 minutes minimum, we like a little thicker and crispier fry, so we tend to cook for closer to 60 minutes to the desired texture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or eat just plain, they taste fantastic all on their own.
